Historically Thanksgiving was a time to celebrate the harvest of abundant crops but today it has a different meaning. Now, with our busy lives, it is a time when families set aside their schedules to gather together. For me it gives me time to reflect over the last year and count my many blessings.
At this time I would like to share with you how grateful I am for each and every one of you. Even though I have never met some of you I still feel a heart connection to you. When I still my mind and focus on you who are connecting with me via the worldwide web it warms my heart and I can feel yours. I am also grateful for my children, grandchildren, and family members as we support each other in the many ways we grow together. This has been a year of great change for me and I am happy to report I am blessed to be in my home and have a place for us to all gather and share our thoughts and hearts. I am proof that keeping an open heart and a positive mind indeed does pay off.
Remember to spend more time focused on what you desire and give less energy to what you don’t want. Keep recalling the good things that have happened in your life and they will over shadow the disturbing scenarios. We are all in this together, you are not alone. What you have experienced we all have experienced in one way or another. The wisdom to rise above any turmoil is in the collective. Just tap into it because help is there.
In gratitude for this great life
Marnie
