Release Emotions with this Technique
It is winter in Denver today; the temperature is in the teens with snow and ice. One could see this as a miserable day, but I choose to observe this day as a time to enter my thoughts and change what slows me down. By using an emotional release technique I can reboot my emotional body and be balanced because I have some lag time. Microsoft help center is deleting files on my computer that are making it run slow. I see it as an excellent opportunity to eliminate some of my hidden interior files as well. Please join me; it will only take a few minutes.
How to remove the Stress
Locate a comfortable place to sit, bundle up in a blanket if needed, relax by taking a few deep cleansing breaths, and state your intention. If you have a specific idea, see it merely as a computer file, and if you are doing a general update on your emotional system, see many yellow files before you. You could open each file, look inside and try to understand why these files are still open on your desktop, or you can file them away, or better yet, merely delete them. Let’s do the latter; it’s quicker.
This process is giving your mind an alternate way to deal with stressful situations that continue to arise. If you keep deleting the files before you eventually, they will go away and not return. Affirm, this emotional release technique gives you a better way to occupy your time, and these old files need to go. Fill in your thoughts and time with ideas that excite you, fill your heart, and give you purpose. Now I’m going out to shovel snow.
