Why Connect the Heart and the Brain?
Heart Math is a mind-body approach that harnesses people’s ability to improve their health. In January I posted a simple three-minute meditation that connects your heart to your brain. It increases intuition, boosts the immune system, manifests your heart’s desire just to name a few. I have been practicing this exercise every day, three times a day, for three minutes. I do it when I wake up, as I lay my head down to sleep and in the afternoon. I have found this energy work activates joy and delight in everything I do.
Feel the gifts bestowed
I cannot attribute my bliss to any other reason. The key to the practice is to not only remind yourself of things that have brought you compassion, gratitude, appreciation or care but to feel one or more of these emotions. The feeling is what gives this meditation or any affirmation or prayer, fuel. Please share your experiences on this blog, I’m curious how the practice is working for you.
