Start Your Day Right
This is my typical breakfast, eggs, veggies, avocado, fruit, decaf coffee, and nature. This sets me up to have a great day and I will tell you why.
- If you start your day with sugar, you will crave sugar during the day, so my sweet for breakfast is fruit.
- If you are hungry during the day you have not had enough protein, therefore, eat protein with every meal.
- When your body holds onto fat it is because it needs fat to run efficiently, if you eat healthy fat you will drop the excess fat your body is holding, hence the avocado.
- Coffee has polyphenols to blast fat. It is best to use organic coffee, medium roast, free of molds, and grown in high altitudes as mentioned by Lousie Gittleman in The New Fat Flush Plan. This coffee meets all the requirements and it is delivered right to my door. Purity Coffee (save 10% with this code SAVE10NOW)
I followed this system for years and it keeps me trim.

Years ago I read French Women Don’t Get Fat and it mentioned that when you eat, do nothing else – no emails, videos, TV, or reading. Pay attention to what you are eating, the taste, texture, and how it makes you feel.
You will find that eating your meals surrounded by nature will:
- Allow you to digest your food better because you are not multi-tasking
- Boost your metabolism
- Calm your entire being – spiritually, mentally, and emotionally
