Did you know inside your heart holds an actual image of physical of joy? If you look at an echocardiogram you will see the movement of the heart values. A technician told me she sees these valves as clapping hands. What a beautiful image. I imagine that every very time your heart beats your valves applaud your existence. Keep this in mind when you are feeling down. Know that in your body resides your cheerleading squad and they are anchored in your heart.
Theses valves are also called leaflets. 
That is a reminder that your heart is made of petals just like a flower. Therefore, you have another positive physical image. When you see your heart as a flower it can represent a place where you bloom and grow.
So next time you are told or you feel you need to open your heart, imagine the leaflets of your heart valves opening and blooming while you listen to the applause honoring your gifts. Don’t forget to bring your clapping heart valves to the “End on the Year” party. December 29, 5 pm
