You could be here on this planet to expand your consciousness and connect to the oneness of all that is, but it must be in a way that is correct for you. During the holidays, we often expel time and energy to please others. The season will not drain you if you know what your heart needs.

Express your thoughts out loud for clarity
When unsure of my direction, I hear my ideas differently when I speak them out loud to someone
Thoughts can roll around in my head for days, weeks, or months but once I share an idea with a trusted friend, somehow I hear it differently, and I do not need their feedback to become clear.
Therefore, allow my ideas to meld with your consciousness, Do not take anything I say as an absolute. I am giving you only ideas to contemplate and see if they fit.
Sometimes it takes years to:
- Fully understand
- Integrate
- Embody your truth
How do I know my heart?
- When I speak my thoughts out loud, I hear them differently
- As I share my idea with a trusted friend, the answer often appears before their response
- Their input does not need to change what I perceive as the truth
