Worries can make it difficult to release stress and have a relaxing meditation. Guided imagery meditation uses metaphors to quickly release the distress of these thoughts as it brings you back into the present moment.
This exercise will eliminate stress and still repetitive thoughts, making it suitable for when you need to silence the mind and bring you into the present time.
When concerned about your troubles, part of your consciousness is at another location, going over the unfavorable exchange. The energy must be reclaimed and returned to the current timeframe to relieve the stress. You will soon see how easy it is to let go of the negative feelings which are held to an issue. This meditation has a calming and lasting effect.
