Use this meditation guide when you need to release stress from thoughts which keep replaying in your mind. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, the mind will not let go of compelling thoughts from the day.
Worries can make it difficult to have a stress-free evening or relaxing meditation. Guided imagery meditation is a way of using metaphors to quickly release the distress of these thoughts as it brings you back into the present moment.
This exercise will eliminate stress and still repetitive thoughts, making it good to when you need to silence the mind. So when disturbing conversations replay in your mind know it is because you are not totally in present time. Part of your consciousness is at another location, going over the negative exchange. The energy must be reclaimed and brought back into the current timeframe to relieve the stress. You will soon see how easy it is to let go of the negative feelings which are held to an issue. It has a very calming and lasting effect.
