COVID will knock you down for 3 days to 2 weeks but there are ways to help your body. Talk to your doctor first and if there are no objections here are some guidelines.
Increase these vitamins for 3 to 5 days
- Vitamin A from fish oil, not Beta Keratin
3 Xs a day – take 4 – 2500 IU - Vitamin C 5000 a day
- Vitamin D 10,0000 IU a day
- Zinc 50 mg lozenges are best, they coat the throat
Warm a few inches of water on the stove, remove for the heat, add seven drops of eucalyptus essential oil, and breathe in the steam through your mouth and into your lungs. You may cough at first but that will diminish and the oil will help you heal. Lemon oil is also good. Do this three times a day. It does make you feel better.
For Recovery – build back your adrenals
- Vitamin B full spectrum they do not need to be expensive
- Vitamin D 5,0000 IU a day
- Ashwagandha with Rhodiola
- Adrenal glandular support – check the store and see what feels right for, use your pendulum
- Siberian Gensing also know as Siberian Root or Siberian Eleuthero
- Potassium from
bananas
peppers
orange juice
replace your salt with a mixture of 50% sea salt and 50% potassium - Thyroid support for a short time – HPA axis – or what feels right
- Check with your doctor or health care provider to see if this plan is right for you and how long to stay on it.
ChiGong
You can strengthen all your body’s systems with ChiGong. If your strength has not returned sit and watch an instructor and do any movements you can while sitting. Remember you will receive the assistance energetically just by watching. The link above also has a group healing at the end. It would be wise to watch it even before you recover to receive the benefits.
