When you become ill, take a moment to see how to recover from illness quickly.
Medicine, nutrition, and rest are important but there is a piece you may be missing. Your body also holds a piece to the puzzle. There are emotional components that are tied to various ailments. Being aware of what they are could help you heal faster.
Each illness holds a message
The following are emotional issues that might be part of your afflictions. You don’t need all of them, just pick only the ones that apply to you.
Inability to resolve emotional upsets or face the issue
Hurt feelings going unexpressed
Feelings unable to control
Feelings of anxiety
Feeling everyone is against you
Lack of understanding what, how, when, where, and why of life
Confusion in the home or in life
Unkind feelings towards someone
Belief in seasonal sickness
The belief that the worst is happening to you
Belief in mass negativity
Any feelings that go against your inner peace
Extreme disharmony in the home
Wanting to be able to change things but can’t
Wanting to be in charge but can’t

To heal, you must surrender to your draining energy, relax, and do nothing. Do not push through and complete tasks you deem to be necessary to address. Ask yourself can things wait until I feel better.
Remember, nothing is more important than you.
- Reach out and ask for help
- Prioritize what you need to do and what you can put aside until you feel better
- Release worry by bringing your thoughts into the present time
- Do not focus on what happened in the past or what might happen in the future
- Be still and focus on light filling your body, especially the part that is calling your attention
Along with anger, and judgment about why or how you became ill.
Thoughts that slows down healing are:
- Why is this happening to me?
- I hate getting sick.
- I don’t have time for this.
- I need to get to work and make money.
These thoughts are draining the energy you should use to heal your body. When you surrender to the process, rest, and focus on light filling your body, you will heal faster.
