It is spring and I am invigorated as I clean out my gardens and say hello to my dormant friends the flowers. As I release the weeds I tell them they are uninvited guests in my garden and I gently pull them out. So the question today is who is the uninvited guest that lives in your head, rent-free.
From time to time we all have thoughts and people that run rampant in our minds but how do we release them? As I do with my plants I inform them they have not been summoned therefore their presence is not required, please move on. Then allow your attention to move elsewhere.
