It is spring and as much as I love my flowers, some of them irritate my sinuses. So I am working on a remedy to alleviate this agitation.
When I feel my worst and my head hurts, my nose drips and my eyes itch, I take a moment and rest/meditate. Some may call it a geezer nap, but I will name it meditation. While I am allowing my body to relax from the tension of allergies, I envision the molecules of pollen encapsulated in pink bubbles. Naturally these orbs are comprised of love.
I ask for what is irritating my sinuses to be enveloped in love and then released from my body in a natural way. I also look at what or who had irritated me now or in the past. Then each morning I give myself a short session of EFT.
