When communication stops, a simple way to connect harmoniously someone is to visualize each of you as a color.
Too often, we anticipate how someone will react, which, when you meet, can set up:
- Projections
- Expectations
- Resistance when we meet.
Using the color blending process will alleviate any possible tension.
We all have intuition but doubt it because we do not often acknowledge its presence. When you follow your inner voice, you will see positive results.
Communication can drop out when emotions run high and you are attached to the outcome.
In this exercise, you bypass what you think you must say by using a visual image for an inner connection.
- Imagine yourself and the person you desire clear communication as a color
- Make your colors ones that will blend into a pleasant shade
- It could be:
- green and yellow combined = blue
- red & yellow = orange
- blue & red = purple
- When you converse, see your combined color
- After the conversation, imagine your colors separate again
- Their input will not cloud you if you make sure you are not holding any of their color in your field
- Courteously remove all your color from their energy field to honor their space
You may think this seems too simple to work, but the simplicity allows it to happen. Make it fun.
