Sensory neurites are the 40,000 cells in your brain that act similar to brain cells and are often referred to as the little brain. Through simple meditation, you can join these cells with the brain and when your brain and heart are cohesive, telomeres extend, intuition is increased, super learning is awakened and it boosts intentional self-healing and much more. The exercise only takes three minutes and I will direct you into this process at the healing share this week on January 9.
The steps to a cohesive heart and brain are as follows:
Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes
Place your hand on your heart
Slow down your breath; five seconds in, five seconds out
Focus on and feel one or more of these emotions
After three minutes open your eyes and enjoy your day.
